The Hoppy Holiday Food Drive is back…and we’ve expanded!
Join us as we drink for a cause and support local Pierce County residents in need. This year we have eight participating breweries/cideries who will be collecting non-perishable food and hygiene products for Pierce County’s largest non-profit food distributor, Emergency Food Network (EFN).
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
From December 3rd – January 8th drop off a donation of non-perishable food and hygiene items at your favorite local selected breweries:
E9 Brewing Co.
Grit City Ciderworks
Odd Otter Brewing Co.
Sig Brewing Co.
Wet Coast Brewery
Make a financial donation towards your favorite brewery's total HERE
Join us on FB Live at Peaks and Pints on January 11th for a final weigh-in, announcement of our Hoppy Holiday Tap Handle Trophy winner, and raffle drawings for sweet brewery swag!
This is an excellent opportunity to support local restaurants and breweries while taking care of our community through EFN’s wonderful programs. EFN is an asset to our Pierce County community. In 2019 they provided over 14 million pounds of food to over 80 foodbanks, meal sites, and shelters. These sites were able to distribute these resources to 1.3 million Pierce County residents, which was made up of over 50% children and seniors. Their incredible mission “to provide Pierce County with a consistent diverse and nutritious food supply so that no person goes hungry” is something we stand behind and we’re so happy to see our Hoppy community get involved.
So, get out there, grab a brew to-go and leave some love for your neighbors. Cheers!
